History: Pedestrian Bridge Drunen (NL)

In April 2020, a truck damaged a wooden bicycle bridge. Cyclists have been using a diversion road for several weeks, but recently a standard modular steel bicycle bridge was installed as a temporary solution to the location of the old bridge.

The customer, Heusden municipality, chose this temporary solution because the bridge was accessible and to be able to open the tourist road again.
